  7. Due diligence and reporting when we’ve found the one

  8. Negotiation or bidding to secure it

  9. Success... or onto the next!

  10. Post purchase assistance (trades people and value add information)

  11. Final inspection

  3. Agent selection with includes negotiations around commission and marketing

  4. Help with pre-sale works

  5. Guidance around the campaign and whether to take early offers or not

Buying and selling property is up there with the most stressful things you can go through in life. We’re here to minimise the stress, streamline the process and get you into your next home sooner and on terms that work for you.

  1. Initial chat and discussions around goals, timeframes, and buying first or selling first.

  2. Engagement of our Vendor Advocacy Service where we start to approach agents on your

    behalf and get them to give pricing thoughts on the property to be sold.

  3. Discussions around what the next property will look like and deficit or surplus funds may look like.

  4. Set the strategy around buying or selling first (you still haven’t paid us a dollar by this point).

  5. Then set the plan on how to execute buying and selling - minimising stress, multiple moves, and maximising the end result!

  6. Buyer and Vendor advocacy services roll out from here in various ways depending on what plan we have set.
